Description 

In 2021 “Women Political Leadership Academy” was successfully established and carried out. It was a special program for women aiming to enter the politics. It had 50 participants and mentors giving lectures on specific professional issues (several constitutional topics on the division of the power, as well as specific subjects, such as gender discrimination, violence against women, hate speech, stereotype thinking), as well as leadership skills, personal growth, time-management, multi-tasking, not burning out.

By the end of the program 3 women were directly involved in the upcoming snap Parliamentary elections.
