In the case of perceiving debate as art and preparing for it beforehand, victory is inevitable.
Today in the Liberal school a session was held on “Debate skills” by the head of the “Luys” faction of the Yerevan Council Davit Khazhakyan.
- 2 important components of the debate, that is rhetorical art and structure of the speech were represented to the participants.
- For justification of any position, statements are needed.
- Every statement must be grounded by a fact.
- Statement, fact, and argument: they are the important trio, where the argument is the justification of the statement through a fact.
