Description 

The aim of the project was to promote civil participation among youth through education and success story presentation. Within frames of the project lectures were delivered by Pamela Hart, professional skilled expert in Communications, Public Speaking, and Corporate/Political Messaging. The topic of the lecture devoted to the development of public speaking and communications skills of the fellows of ILP and Governor Howard Dean, former Democratic National Committee Chairman, presidential candidate, six term Governor and physician, an independent consultant focusing on the areas of health care, early childhood development, alternative energy and the expansion of grassroots politics around the world.
