Raising Competitiveness of Women in Labor Market
At the beginning of the “Raising Competitiveness of Women in Labor Market” training the representative of Friedrich Nauman’s “For Freedom” Foundation Armen Grigoryan delivered a greeting speech. He also facilitated a discussion about the problems women face in labor market.
Participants shared their experience and pointed out some specifics about the topic.
Results of the “Promoting decision-maker women in Armenia” project were also presented to the audience, after which co-founder of the “School of Ethics”, member of Chamber of International Commerce, director of the “Automobile Federation” Armen Ghukasyan’s session followed. He spoke about the term “gender”, gender equality, possible problems of the labor market, and how to raise the competitiveness of women.
