The Threshold between freedom of speech and hate speech. The phenomenon of bullying Within the frames of the “Combating hate speech through spreading free knowledge” project, a session dedicated to the “The Threshold between freedom of speech and hate speech. The phenomenon of bullying” topic took place. The speaker was the chairperson of the Institute of Liberal Politics Tatevik Matinyan.
Before starting the “Camp for free speech” a course of sessions will be held in the office space of Wikimedia Armenia for those who don’t have sufficient skills to edit Wikipedia and create an article. Based on their performance, participants will be chosen to partake in the “camp for free speech”.
