Norayr Baghdasaryan, representative of the Institute of Liberal Politics, participated in the seminar “Local politics and citizen participation” organized from October 16 to 28 in Gummersbach, Germany by the Friedrich Naumann Foundation, which was attended by young politicians, councilors, deputies, NGO sector representatives from Eastern Europe, Asia, South America and Africa.

• In the framework of the seminar, experience exchange was carried out between the participants, and by the end of the seminar, meetings were held with the local government representatives of Germany’s Gummersbach, Münster, Cologne, Kaarst, Tegte, Monheim am Rhine and Costfeld communities.
