Currently the Institute is in the process of implementing “Border of hate speech and freedom of expression” project. The aim of the project is to conduct hate speech regulation legal analysis in national legislation and application of legal norms in practice as well as giving the definition of freedom of expression in accordance with national and international legislation and practice. The findings of the analysis will be presented in a manual based on which training session will be organized for the youth entitled “Freedom of expression vs. hate speech”.
